Information collected now

This static website has no account registration, payment form, newsletter form, advertising trackers, or analytics added by us. We do not set non-essential cookies or use browser storage. The hosting provider may process IP addresses, request details, and technical logs to deliver and secure the website under its own privacy policy.

Support correspondence

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to answer your request and resolve product or access issues. Email is handled through Gmail/Google. Do not send payment-card details, passwords, patient records, or sensitive medical information.

When sales open

Checkout is inactive. If Paddle checkout is added, Paddle will process billing and payment information under its own Privacy Notice. We may receive order identifiers, contact information, purchase status, and delivery details needed to fulfil and support your purchase. We do not receive your full payment-card number. The delivery provider and any checkout cookies will be identified in an updated policy before checkout is enabled.

Use, sharing and retention

We use personal information to answer support requests, fulfil orders when available, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by our hosting and email providers, and disclosed where legally required. Support correspondence is retained only as needed to resolve the request and maintain necessary records; legally required transaction records may be kept longer.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you have sent us, subject to applicable law and required record retention. Depending on your location, you may also have objection, restriction, portability, or complaint rights. Contact us to exercise them; we may need to verify your identity.

AI tools you use with the product are independent services; review their policies before supplying your study materials.
