Refund Policy

Digital product and current availability

The Complete System is a downloadable digital product with a one-time price of $59 USD. Checkout is currently inactive; no purchases or payments can be made on this website yet.

How to request help or a refund

Once sales open, email omarsaid2027@gmail.com with your order reference, purchase email, and a brief explanation of the issue. Do not include card details. Contact us promptly if files are not delivered, cannot be opened, or are materially different from their description. We will help resolve the issue or arrange an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required.

Change-of-mind requests

You may submit a change-of-mind refund request within 14 days of purchase for review. This is a request window, not an unconditional money-back guarantee. Such requests are reviewed case by case, subject to applicable law and the payment provider’s terms. There is no blanket exclusion of refunds merely because a file has been downloaded.

Your consumer rights

Nothing here limits mandatory rights concerning faulty, inaccessible, undelivered, or misdescribed digital content, or any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights. Where applicable law grants greater rights, those rights apply. Any legally required consent for immediate digital delivery will be handled at checkout.

Paddle transactions

When Paddle checkout is enabled, you may also request refunds through the support link in your receipt or at Paddle buyer support. Paddle’s Refund Policy and Buyer Terms will govern its transactions alongside any greater mandatory rights. Approved refunds are returned through the payment provider, usually to the original payment method; timing depends on the provider and your bank.

After a refund

If a purchase is fully refunded, your licence to the purchased resources ends. Stop using them and delete your copies, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
