1. Provider and scope

The Medical Student AI Study System is the seller’s brand and provider of these educational digital resources. Customer support: omarsaid2027@gmail.com. These terms apply to use of this website and the Complete System resources. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. Product, price and delivery

The Medical Student AI Study System — Complete System is a downloadable digital bundle priced at $59 USD as a one-time purchase. There is no recurring subscription. Any applicable taxes will be disclosed before payment. Checkout is currently inactive and this website does not accept payments. Once sales open, access to the digital files will be provided after successful payment using the delivery instructions supplied with the order.

3. Personal-use licence

A purchase grants one customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the resources for personal study. You may keep personal working copies. Do not resell, publicly distribute, share the purchased bundle, or claim its content as your own. Copyright remains with the respective rights holders.

4. Requirements and third-party tools

You need a device capable of opening the supplied documents and workbook, your own course materials, and access to a compatible AI tool. Third-party services have their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and possible fees. An AI subscription is not included.

5. Educational use

The resources support education and study planning only. They are not medical advice or a substitute for professional training, clinical judgement, or authoritative course guidance. Never use them for patient-care decisions. AI outputs can contain errors; verify them. Follow your institution’s academic-integrity rules and do not upload confidential or identifiable patient information. No examination result is guaranteed.

6. Refunds and support

See the separate Refund Policy for requests, delivery issues, and your rights. Contact support if files are missing, inaccessible, or not as described.

7. Future payment processing

If Paddle checkout is enabled, Paddle will act as the authorised reseller and merchant of record for those transactions. Its buyer terms, privacy notice, and refund rules will also apply to the transaction and will be accessible before payment. No Paddle transaction is available on this site today.

8. Responsibility and changes

You are responsible for how you use the study resources and third-party AI outputs. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights. Policy updates will be dated on this site; changes do not remove rights already granted for a purchase.
